Complete Visits

Complete visits are perfect for vacationers or those who work long hours. We have several different visits to choose from, each of a different length. You can mix and match as well. This way, we can customize a plan that fits you and your pet’s needs! With a complete visit, we take care of feeding, refreshing water, medications, potty breaks, lots of love and attention, requested home care services, etc.

Whether you decide to take a quick weekend away, or an extended vacation, you can feel at ease knowing that everything is taken care of! All you have to do is give us a quick call, text or email and we do the rest! We can take care of your pets and home while you are gone, to keep everything in order and your pets on their daily routines.

Boss ask you to stay late? No problem! Just give us a quick call and we will take care of things, so you can focus on your work. Maybe you just have a long work day and want someone to give your pets some attention, or let the dogs out to play and stretch their legs. We can help!

Regular Visit (approx. 30 min.): $18

*NOTE: Prices are per household, not per pet. Multiple pets may require more time for us to give them the best care possible. We request that you provide enough time for us to complete all services requested, any unexpected tasks, and of course, enough time to give your pets love and attention! With our approval, we will strive to get everything done in the time you request.

Dog Walking

Our Dog Walking services are another great option for your pets, whether you are away or are working late. Or, maybe you are at home and just need someone to come take your dog out for a walk. This is a way to get your pooch a little exercise during the day while you are busy at work, working on projects at home or taking that much needed relax time. (We can walk multiple pets during this time with our approval.)

The Doggie Fitness Program is for those who want a longer-term exercise regime for their pets. We can schedule the program on a weekly or monthly basis, customized to your specific needs. Doggie Fitness Programs include a run or walk for a specified number of times during the week. (The amount of running/walking will depend on your dog’s fitness level and temperatures outside.) Each visit is done individually with your pet so the pace is centered around your dog. Our fitness programs are perfect for dogs who are overweight, high-energy, have owners that work long hours, or for dogs that need more exercise or want an active daily walk or run.

Pet Taxi & Delivery Service

When you just can’t find the time to schedule everything into your day, give Anytime Pet Sitters a call! The Pet Taxi is great for those appointments at the vet clinic, groomer, obedience classes, etc. We have even done special requests, such as bringing a pet to make a special entrance at a wedding! With our Delivery Service, we can pick up supplies and deliver them to your home when you just can’t make it to the store.

Pet Taxi or Delivery (per 30 min. travel/wait time): $20

Mileage Fee (if applicable)

All visits at locations more than 10 miles from the intersection of 116th St. N and Garnett in Owasso, OK are subject to a mileage fee. The initial 10 miles each way is included with each visit. Additional mileage, charged at a rate of $0.25 per mile, will be added per visit each way. I use MSN maps to calculate the mileage.

Anytime Pet Sitters currently provides services to Owasso, Collinsville, Skiatook and surrounding outer parts of Tulsa, Claremore and Oologah.

Pets We Care For

We care for all types of pets! Dogs, Cats, Rabbits, Birds, Ferrets, Exotics, Pocket Pets, Reptiles, Fish, Horses, Goats, Sheep, Chickens, Special Needs Pets, Etc.

Scheduling

For scheduling, please contact Anytime Pet Sitters as far in advance as possible. We suggest at least 2 week’s notice, but it is possible we may be able to accommodate last minute requests for service. You should note however, that we book up fast during busy times such as holidays, so the further ahead you can let us know, the better. Prior to your scheduled pet sitting, we will arrange a free initial consultation.

Meet & Greet/Initial Consultation

The Meet and Greet or Initial Consultation will allow you and your pet to become acquainted with their new caregiver, and make sure you are all comfortable with our services. Ideally, Initial Consultations should take place about a week or more before services are needed to give you enough time to prepare your pets and home for your absence. During this visit, we will discuss your pet’s individual needs, have you show us where supplies are, get emergency contact information, complete the necessary paperwork, answer questions you might have, and transfer keys. We also gather detailed instructions on how to care for your pets and home while you are away, so we can give them the best care possible. After completing the Initial Consultation, the next time you need services all you have to do is give us a quick call, text or email, and we will take care of the rest!

For new clients, the initial consultation usually lasts less than one hour. The first Initial Consultation is free and additional Consultation visits are available for a fee. If you don’t require our services at this time but are interested for future services, new clients can set up a free Meet and Greet with us at your convenience. Methods of Payment

Payments can be made via Cash, Check, or Money Order. Please note there will be a $20 service charge for any returned checks. Checks should be made payable to: Anytime Pet Sitters. Payment from first time clients is required at the time the Service Agreement is signed. For repeat services, payment is due for pick-up at the first visit, unless other arrangements have been made.

Holidays are typically our busiest time. To ensure the highest level of service, once we are fully booked, we will not accept additional bookings. However, you can opt to go on a waiting list for available openings. We will be happy to assist you in finding another local pet sitter if we are unable to help you. All reservations for the above listed holidays must be secured with payment up-front at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

We know it’s not always possible, but we would like to have as much advanced notice as possible regarding cancellations. We request that cancellations be made at least one week prior to the first scheduled visit. If cancellations are made at least one week in advance, your payment will be returned in full.

Cancellations made:
- 8 days or more prior to service: No charge, refund in full.
- 1 to 7 days prior to service: 75% refundable.
- 0 to 24 hours prior to service: NO refund will be provided.

Holiday cancellations made:
- 8 days or more prior to service: No charge, refund in full.
- 2 to 7 days prior to service: 50% refundable.
- 0 to 48 hours prior to service: NO refund will be provided.
